We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site works with screen readers and keyboards, follows your system's light or dark setting, respects reduced-motion settings and keeps working when text is enlarged.

For travelers: accessibility and assistance needs (wheelchair assistance, step-free rooms, companion seating) are recorded in the traveler profile and carried with every trip.
