What silentVIP stands behind

The same service silentVIP gives its corporate clients, published on silentvip.com.

  • No supplier commissions. We're paid only our published fees.
  • Every fee itemized on the option and on the invoice. Nothing hidden in the fare.
  • Hotels reconfirmed with the property before check-in, so the room is there when your traveler arrives.
  • A named person owns every issue until it's resolved, and you can see who it is.
  • Every refund tracked with an expected date, and chased if it's late.
  • Urgent help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; standard requests acknowledged within 1 business hour.

Questions

For volunteer organizations

We send volunteers every season. Can travel be set up once?

Yes. Your organization has one account, with your travel rules, approvers and the programs or grants travel is charged to. Each season or cohort is booked inside it.

How long does setup take?

Implementation usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Can we see it before we commit?

Yes. The live demo is the real portal on a fictional company, with no sign-up.

Do volunteers need accounts?

Not necessarily. Coordinators can request and manage travel for volunteers. Volunteers who travel often can have their own access.
